DIESEL POWER RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns / 30day satisfaction guarantee

Diesel Power Australia offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, where if the customer is not happy with the product for any reason, they can contact Diesel Power Australia to discuss the module & troubleshoot any problems they might be having.

If after discussion with Diesel Power Australia, it is decided that the module is to be returned, a refund will be issued by original payment method, less any shipping costs.

Module must be returned with proof of purchase & in original packaging with all enclosed documentation and in a saleable condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. It is advised that the customer uses a method of shipping with tracking / insurance. No refunds for purchase or return shipping.

Refund will be arranged once goods are receipted back into store, and can take 3-5 days to process. You bank / card issuer / Paypal may take a few days to process the funds to your account.

Before sending your product?
Please ensure that you have contacted your supplier or Diesel Power Australia to discuss, prior to returning product.

Where to return?
Items need to be returned to our location or a nominated supplier. Please contact us prior to returning product. 

Costs for returns?
The customer is responsible for all return shipping. Original shipping costs at the time of the sale are an unrecoverable expense, therefore are non-refundable. 

Refund / Store Credit / Replacement?
Customers can choose between a refund, store credit or replacement item. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer all options and the customer can decide what suits their requirements. 

Packing materials?
Returned items preferably should be in original packaging, with all documentation, however we understand that some items it may not be possible, therefore please discuss this at the time of the return. 

Change of mind?
Please contact your supplier or Diesel Power Australia to discuss, prior to returning product. If there is a fault or issue with installation, Diesel Power Australia can help troubleshoot these issues over the phone. Only after discussion with Diesel Power Australia can a product be returned for change of mind. A restocking fee may apply.
